l’IA et la Parité font partie des 3 engagements majeurs d’E.T.H.I.C.S avec la RSE. Le 8 mars étant la journée internationale des droits de la femme, nous vous annonçons le lancement d’un nouveau programme stratégique : IA WOMEN+.

Développeurs de logiciels, ingénieurs en cybersécurité, analystes de données, administrateurs systèmes, chefs de produit, data scientist, Machine Learning Officers, IA Research Scientist, ingénieurs en traitement du langage naturel, ingénieurs en robotique…. D’ici à 2030, 200 000 postes seront créés dans cette filière.
Pour autant, encore aujourd’hui, seulement 14,6 % des filles sont en cursus numérique et sciences informatiques : les femmes sont en effet encore trop souvent invisibles dans le domaine du numérique et de l’IA.
Il est essentiel de donner les moyens aux entreprises d’intégrer les femmes à ces postes stratégiques notamment par la formation. Une opportunité à saisir au nom d’une mixité plus performante mais également pour permettre aux femmes de se positionner sur des postes stratégiques dans un secteur en plein essor.

2. ACADEMIE IA POUR DEVENIR « DEVELOPPEU(R)SE EN IA »
Au 2ème trimestre 2025, une académie IA sera proposée en présentiel et/ou distanciel dans nos locaux à La Valette du Var avec le lancement d’un parcours de formation sur 6 mois – titre RNCP Bac+6.
Nous serions très heureux de lancer une première cohorte de femmes engagées dans la tach et l’IA.
SANOFI s’est engagé à passer la barre symbolique des 40 % de collaboratrices dans l’IA d’ici à 2025. Selon la DRH Amazon France Catherine Schilansky « D’ici 2030, il y aura en France 1 million et demi de pénurie d’emplois qualifiés […], il faut absolument que les femmes prennent leur part sur ce marché ».
